Eligibility

To apply for a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, you need to have finished a four-year accredited Bachelor’s degree or its equal. You also need to show strong academic performance in a related field.

Either engineering, the physical sciences, or applied mathematics are required for the degree. The following are other essential requirements:

Minimum score on the Graduate Record Examination’s (GRE) General Aptitude section
Two letters of recommendation
A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required for the last 60 hours of undergraduate coursework.

International applicants without a US degree must sit for either the TOEFL or IELTS test. Achieving the required scores is essential for their application to be considered.

Academic IELTS requires a minimum score of 5.0 for each section and an overall band score of 6.0.

A TOEFL score of 550 on a paper-based test or 80 on an Internet-based test is required. 

Please be aware that the CV, recommendation letters, and statement of purpose (SOP) should not be taken lightly. It is advisable to obtain letters of recommendation from your college tutors, as many colleges require them to be sent directly by the recommender.
